About Nadine
Welcome. I am a dedicated therapist focused on providing a safe, supportive space for individuals to explore their challenges and find paths toward growth and healing.
I am a licensed psychotherapist in New York and Connecticut with more than 20 years of experience across healthcare, business, and mental health. My decision to become a psychotherapist grew from a genuine interest in understanding people and what shapes the way we think, feel, relate to others, and respond to difficult experiences.
My professional path has given me a broad and varied perspective. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Education, and then went directly on to earn a Master of Public Health from Boston University. My career took me into several areas of healthcare, including healthcare administration, managed care, and pharmaceutical communication.
Wanting to work more directly with people ultimately led me back to school, where I earned my Master of Social Work in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University and began my career as a psychotherapist. My experience across different professional settings helps me understand the personal, professional, academic, relationship, and family concerns clients bring to therapy.
